Other than the website, is there any other method to order from TechShop.In?
Ordering, pricing (including shipping and applicable taxes) and stock status are all provided online. Currently, we do not accept orders by any other method.

Can I obtain a catalog of products offered by TechShop.In?
No. The website is our only complete and comprehensive catalog.

The order confirmation page didn’t show. Was the order placed successfully?
If the confirmation page does not show even after you clicked the final submit button, it was probably because internet communication to your computer did not occur following submission of the order. However your order was probably still successfully processed by our server. You could check your order history or email us at support@techshop.in.

I placed a duplicate order by mistake. What do I do?
Email us at support@techshop.in immediately. If an invoice for your order has not yet been generated, we will nullify it for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will have to call the courier company and inform them that you do not wish to accept the package. After we receive the package back in our warehouse, to and fro courier charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to you.

I have submitted an order with Techshop.In. At what stages and by what means will be advised of the order processing?
After our server has successfully received your order, you will an order confirmation email. If a mobile number has been provided, we will also confirm your order by sms. Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your package has been dispatched by courier.

Can I check my Order status online?
Yes. Go to the Order status page.

My order was nullified. Why?
If your credit card is declined or we are unable to verify the shipping address within three working days, your order will be nullified. It cannot be resubmitted in any manner. You will have to place a new order. If you think there has been a mistake, please email us at support@techshop.in.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
No. You can email us if any changes are required. If possible, we will amend the order for you.

How long does it take on average to process my order?
Generally, it takes us 2 to 3 working days to process an order (before dispatching it). Once the order has been dispatched the time of arrival will be decided by your chosen method of courier and the guidelines of courier partners.

Can multiple orders be combined to save courier charges?
Once orders are placed, they may not be combined. If however, you email us before your order has been processed, we can cancel your order and you can place a new single order for all the items you want.

My order was nullified. Can it be re-submitted?
It cannot be resubmitted in any manner. You will have to place a new order online.

Can I change my TechShop.In login ID?
No.

Is TechShop.In a secure website?
Yes. At TechShop, your security comes first and foremost.

Will TechShop.In sell or release my personal details?
At TechShop.In, your privacy is respected. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold or released to anyone without your consent. Please read our privacy policy for further details.

How do I identify spoofed emails?
TechShop.In will never ask for the following information in an email communication:
• Your Credit card number, PIN, or Credit card security code.
• Answer to your secret question
• Your TechShop.In password.
• Any other personal document numbers or information like PAN Number, Ration card Number, Driving License Number, Passport Number, etc.
Sometimes, if an incorrect address is on file, you will receive an email from TechShop.In to correct your address information. Even this needs to be done online through the TechShop.In secure website. NEVER submit any of the above information directly in an email.

My Shopping cart doesn’t work sometimes. How do I solve this?
You may have problems with your Shopping cart due to one of the following:
• Cookies are not enabled or your browser is blocking cookies from TechShop.In. Clear your cookies and cache, restart your browser and then try accessing your Shopping cart.
• Your computer may be behind a firewall
• Your computer’s master clock is set incorrectly
• The item you added or are trying to add is sold out, or you are trying to add a greater quantity than is available in stock.
• Your browser is older than Internet Explorer 5.1
You could always try to restart your computer and try again or you could try from another computer.

Why my package does not contain all the items I ordered?
Kindly first check if you have received all the packages as per all the tracking numbers emailed by TechShop.In. Also, please re-check the larger boxes for smaller items. If the item is still missing please email us immediately at support@TechShop.In.
TechShop.In notified me that a product was now in stock. But when I checked at the website, it was out of stock.
The product in question was most probably sold-out very fast after it came online. Please be sure to check for products immediately after receiving update notifications.

How does the Shopping Cart function?
After you decide about the items you want to buy, click the “Add to Cart” button. To buy multiple units of an item, enter the quantity you want to buy in the “Qty.” column and click the “Update Cart” button. For returning to catalog to buy other items, click the “Keep Shopping” button. After you complete selecting your items and their quantities, click “Checkout” and you will be taken to the “Sign In” page if you are a new customer (or are not logged in). When you sign in, remember that your new cart contents will be added to your saved cart contents automatically and you will proceed to the “Delivery Information page”.

How secure is my shopping experience at TechShop.in?
Security is a top priority at TechShop.in. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number, contact details, etc), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL. Access to all of our users information is restricted. TechShop.in operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Your financial information is maintained by our payment gateway (Payseal - ICICI Bank) on their secure server. Otherwise, you may contact us at support@techshop.in to request that your information be deleted from our database. For future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.

All TechShop.in servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy and of what they can do to ensure that our customers information remains protected.


Does TechShop.In verify my shipping address?
For protecting our customers from identity fraud, TechShop.In verifies ALL shipping addresses before dispatching your order. To do this, we use the Contact phone number given at the time of account creation. Please make sure that the phone number given is authentic and that contact is possible with you on that number. TechShop.In WILL NOT dispatch any order that is not verified by phone.

What are the different payment methods accepted by TechShop.In?
The following forms of payment are currently accepted by TechShop.In:
1. Credit Cards (Mastercard / Visa) – through Payseal, ICICI bank’s secure payment gateway.

What taxes are applicable to TechShop.In customers?
All prices displayed on TechShop.In are inclusive of 4% VAT. Additional taxes and levies like Octroi and Entry tax will be charged as applicable. If any additional documents are required, we will let you know when your order is received.


How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking numbers for daily shipped orders are automatically emailed every evening from Monday to Saturday after 6:00pm. Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may not be active if we pack multiple items together safely in one box. Also, sometimes there is a delay by the courier company in scanning the package. Either way, kindly wait a day or two for all your ordered items to arrive. If they do not arrive, email us at support@techshop.in and we will tell you how to proceed further.

My package is with the courier company but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact the respective courier company with the links given above to obtain further status on your package(s). Delivery priority based on the method of shipment chosen is determined by the local hub of the courier company. TechShop.in would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Kindly first check if you have received all the packages as per all the tracking numbers emailed by TechShop.In. Also, please re-check the larger boxes for smaller items. If the item is still missing please email us immediately at support@TechShop.In.

Does TechShop.in pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, TechShop.in does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, TechShop.in will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the item back to TechShop.in, TechShop.in will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge. TechShop.in will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
TechShop.in may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. The most common reason why multiple boxes are used is for a single order is that TechShop.in uses multiple warehouse locations. If items are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be boxed together.

Does TechShop.in ship internationally?
TechShop.in does not ship internationally.


Can I return a product to TechShop.In?
Yes. If the product is defective you may return the product through the RMA process described below. Please try and ensure that the product in question is actually defective before initiating the RMA process. If goods are found to be in perfect working condition, TechShop.In will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred. For items that are physically damaged in transit, the courier company representative must be informed at the time of delivery. Physically damaged items cannot be returned via the RMA process. We do offer transit insurance with Bluedart and Gati couriers under which your purchase is insured in transit for the entire invoice amount.

How do I return a product to TechShop.In?
Yes. You must obtain an "RMA" (Return merchandise authorization) number within 5 days of receipt of the item. We do not accept returns without a proper RMA number. These numbers are issued from our website and are valid for 15 days and the item must be received within this period. Once issued, an RMA number will not be extended. An RMA number may be issued only once for any item. Please be sure to clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the shipped box.

Where can I obtain an Item Return Authorisation "RMA" number?
RMA numbers are only issued online on our website. Please go to "My Account" link, select your order and then click on the link provided to return a particular product that you have a problem with, to request an RMA number.

Can I exchange my item for a different item?
No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. Only an item of the make and model (an identical replacement) will be made. An RMA refund (after deducting a 15% restocking fee) may be requested. You can order a new item, and your original purchase will be refunded after receiving your product.

How many days does it take to for the RMA process?
Normally, it takes TechShop.In not more than 30 working days to complete the RMA process and re-send an item or issue a refund.

Do I need to send all the accessories that I received with my returned item? What all should I include with my RMA?
All original equipment, cables, components, accessories, manuals, documents in their individual packaging as well as the primary packaging must be returned for TechShop.In to process the RMA. For RMA packages that are incomplete, TechShop.In returns the item to you. In almost all cases, all the accessories sent in will be replaced with an identical new set, so please return all accessories with your RMA.

Does TechShop.In have a special return policy for Bundled products?
Yes. If case of a refund request, ALL ITEMS OF THE BUNDLE must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied on the entire value of the Bundle. Individual items within a bundle may be returned for a replacement by acquiring an RMA number within the Return Policy period of the particular item.

Why does TechShop.In apply restocking fees?
Restocking fees (15% of the billed value of the item) are applied when a refund is requested on an RMA. At TechShop.In we strive to get you the most bang for your buck with our extremely aggressive pricing. Since the prices of most of our products are constantly fluctuating and we operate at low margins, we hope that our customers will buy only the products that they intend to keep. For defective products, we offer the RMA replacement process to replace defective products for our customers. We strongly discourage attempts to benefit from fluctuating prices.

Who will pay the shipping charges for defective merchandise?
TechShop.In does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. However, once your RMA is processed, TechShop.In will ship the replacement item to you free of shipping charges. If the merchandise is found to be in perfect working condition, then the shipping charges for returning the item will have to be borne totally by the customer.

What happens if I receive an email saying that the item I returned via RMA is no longer in stock?
If the RMA item is not in stock, TechShop.In will contact the customer and discuss replacement with a different item or a mutually agreeable refund amount.
