TechShop.in provides shipping services to all Indian Cities and has a well connected network of courier and postal services to carry the deliverables to any nook and corner of India. We have a tie up with BlueDart, Gati, and Professional Couriers and we will make sure all your orders reach in time.
Once an order and its payment are fully received, TechShop.in will pack items for shipping. This is done with special care, so that they reach you in perfect condition. You are requested to fill your shipping address correctly while placing your orders and it is always advisable to provide a valid telephone number. It will help us to reach you in case of bad Address problem or any other delivery related problems.
All shipping charges are based on package weight and dimension.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for refused shipments and these are added to the invoice total. Freight/insurance costs are prepaid. Dimensions/oversize weights are applied to freight charges when applicable.
The Shipping Address is where a customer wishes to receive his order. It could be his home, office or any valid address.
Once a customer places an order, his shipping address is stored in system which can be modified if customer wishes to send deliveries to any other address.
Please Note that "Total Delivery Time" comprises "Payment Processing Time" + "Shipping Time" from our godowns in Mumbai.
It usually takes 3 to 6 business days to deliver consignments across India depending on the geographical location and conditions.
Kindly note that delivery may take longer time in case of remote areas.
You will be notified while placing your order of all the shipping options to the address you have selected. You are requested to select the best shipping option suitable to you. If you need advice regarding our shipping options kindly contact us at support@techshop.in.
Shipping Options & Charges:
During the checkout process a screen shows you the list of Shipping options you can select from. To the right of each shipping option its cost is listed. We also provide insured shipping offers which assured safe delivery of you expensive/fragile goods available on the site.
Your items may be shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. You can track your order once it is shipped. Packages shipped via Professional couriers, display a delivery confirmation only.

Damage/Loss:
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with TechShop.in within 3 days of receipt of goods. The delivering carrier is either BlueDart, Gati, or Professional Couriers. TechShop.in will file a complaint with the delivering carrier for you. Save all boxes and packing material. Please note that all claims for shortages/misshipments/misbillings must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the case of damaged or missing goods written acknowledgement from the carrier is necessary for any further processing.
TechShop.in provides you optional transit insurance(BlueDart and Gati). On availing this option you have insured the entire amount paid for your purchase with the carrier. Your products are not insured in transit for the remaining modes of courier and you are liable for any loss or damage in transit. However, we at TechShop.in, will try and redeem as much from the carrier as possible under such circumstances on the behalf of the TechShop.in Customer.
In the case of a "Free Shipping" promotion all your purchases are insured in transit by TechShop.in and in case of loss of goods in transit, the concerned part will be replaced by TechShop.in.
In the unlikely event you have not received your parcel within 15 working days of shipment we would first ask you to carry out the following checks:
• That you have not been notified by the carrier to collect from your local sorting office.
• That it has not been left in or outside your home i.e. at your door or left with a neighbour.
Having carried out the above checks please contact us by telephone or by email to: support@techshop.in stating your order number, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost packages with the delivering carriers. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found and if your shipment is insured. Please note we require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers. TechShop.in cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels where the customer supplies incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order.
Change of Delivery Address:
Changes if any in the orders for Address to deliver must be notified in the same working day or within in 12 hours after submitting the order. We shall try our best to incorporate the changes but are not responsible if the requested change is not incorporated.
Product Tracking:
If you have selected BlueDart or Gati as your courier a tracking number will be provided to you by techShop.in as soon as the item has been shipped. In case of Professional Couriers you will only recieve a confirmation of dispatch of the ship[ment from TechShop.in
